Well technically, he "did it" in December when he finished his last few classes, but Brian is now an official BYU Alumnist! Woohooo! Commencement ceremonies were Thursday and Friday and we had a great time with celebrating (and eating) with family!Thursday was the University-wide commencement; Elder Bednar was the keynote speaker and it was a wonderful meeting. Friday was the Marriott School's separate ceremony where Brian's name was called and he received a "deluxe" white 'pleather' diploma folder (his actual diploma came in the mail a few months ago).
All in all, it was a wonderful weekend and well worth all of the work that it took to get there! Congratulations Brian!!!

WoooHooo Brian congrats! How exciting, and by the way Emily you look so cute pregnant. Now you guys are on to big and better things especially parenthood.

Congratulations! I remember what a relief it was when I was finally graduated with my hubby...of course we were also in shock because Wes had just been born a couple weeks before right before finals. ;) Speaking of babies, Emily you look fantastic! What a cute little mommy you are!

Congrats! It is SUCH a good feeling when your husband is done with school! What a fun time. We'll have to get together here in So Cal.
