There are several key elements necessary in achieving a successful Grandma Hill Day celebration.
1. Start your day with a yummy breakfast of eierdatsche to celebrate the Swiss genes Grandma gave you.

2. Read your John Deere Tractor book to honor her love of the ranch (as well as your own).

3. Wear the dress that Grandma Hill sent you to celebrate her stylish taste (the daisy is a must - please see #4).

4. Plant petunias to celebrate Grandma's amazing green thumb, award-winning garden, and the fact that she always had flowers blooming in her yard (especially petunias).

5. Have a great conversation on your rotary phone (because Grandma had one, all growing up, and you thought it was so cool).

Next year, we will climb trees, play on swings, and plant some snapdragons (so we can pinch them and make them snap).
We love you Grandma!
