My First Casserole!

Well everyone, I've done it. I've taken the first true step towards "Queen of the Domestic Scene" in the creation of my very first casserole! What do you think? It was a chicken potato "thing"...I got the recipe out of my beloved 101 things to do with a Slow Cooker cookbook. It was for break the fast and was a real hit - in fact, I didn't even get to try it! Of course, this very well could have had something to do with the fact that it was helping to feed students who hadn't eaten anything for 24 hours, but I like to tell myself that it dissapeared quickly because it was so stinking good:)
