Pom pom fringe on a dress? I love this!

Now the question is, could such a daringly adorable look be pulled off by anyone not sitting in a tree, in a beautiful meadow as the sun sets, without resembling Pollyanna too closely?
Probably not. But I still love the idea. Love it!
