Is it just me or does Charlie somewhat resemble a BYU male cheerleader in this picture (in an adorably cute and good, not scary-femme way)?
Maybe its the tight muscle shirt...or the navy blue "lounge" pants...or it could also be the incredible definition in those fore arms. Hmmmm. You be the judge.
